Peep S'mores
Take's regular s'mores to another gooey level!
Instructions
On a microwave safe plate place 1/2 graham cracker sheet, top with 1/2 bar of chocolate and 1 Peep. Microwave for 20 seconds (watch for Peep to slightly puff - it can become a gooey mess very quickly) remove from microwave and place other half of graham cracker sheet on top and slightly squish to form the ooey gooey sandwich.
These can also be made in the oven preheated to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper make the s'mores leaving off the top cracker. Bake for 1-2 minutes, again watch that the Peep doesn't melt to quickly. Remove from oven and place other half of graham crackers on top.
