- 4 large Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 T. unsalted butter
- 2 T. Crisco
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Melt butter and Crisco in a large skillet over medium high heat, Add apples, sugars, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Fry apples gently stirring until sauce forms and apples are cooked but not mushy.
