Ruby’s Monkey Bread

This gooey concoction is loaded with cinnamon, sugar and pecans - no cutting needed it just pulls apart!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10" Bundt or tube pan.
Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a gallon size plastic bag. Shake 8-10 biscuits pieces in the sugar / cinnamon mixture. Arrange on bottom of pan and continue until all the pieces are coated and placed in pan. Add pecans in among the biscuit pieces as you go.
In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over biscuits and nuts.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate. Pulls apart as needed.
