I always threw a fit when I had to use ground turkey for meatballs, but I’ve discovered that you can make them very tasty and moist with a few tricks! Healthier and delicious!

Jeeves Turkey Meatballs
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350°F - line two 12" x 17" cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl - do not over mix and adjust oil as needed depending on meat, the oil adds fat that the ground turkey is missing. You should be able to smell the garlic and cheese.
Using a one inch ice cream scoop - scoop meat onto parchment lined baking sheets, I never roll the meat into balls, by scooping they always come out perfect and less work! Recipe should make 36 balls.
Place pans in preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes - turning the meatballs half way through baking time. Add to your favorite jarred marinara sauce or make my recipe for Sydney's Sauce and really make the meal special!
Once the meatballs have been added to the sauce allow the sauce/meatballs to cook on low for 15-20 minutes.
Serve over your favorite pasta, such as the fettucine from Little Lakewood Pasta Company. My favorite is Pappardelle. Enjoy! Leftover meatballs freeze very well.
