My favorite dressing for salads or wings! Outback Steakhouse serves the best homemade Blue Cheese Dressing ever!

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3 T. buttermilk
• 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese I use Athenos brand
• 1/4 t. fresh ground black pepper
• 1/8 t. garlic powder
• 1/8 t. onion powder

Instructions

1. Mix everything together, take care not to break up the blue cheese too much. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow all the flavors and spices to blend together well.
